First of all to all the loyal fans who had a page on my first website, thank you so much for the love and support from earlier on and sorry that my website got shut down so abruptly without any notice.
To all the new fans checking SMOOTHBEN out for the first time, there's not a lot of content up right now just because we had to start all over and I lost all the content from my previous site, but stay tuned and be sure to check it out daily because I’ll be on here pretty often with constant updates and stuff.
Now for just a quick word to everyone, I want you guys to think of this website as much as YOURS as it is mine, I want to know what you guys think and any suggestions or recommendations you have. So please do share.
My manager and I are both really open-minded and I want you guys visiting here everyday. I have a lot planned for this website (if my procrastination doesn't get in the way too much, hehehe)...
A quick shout out and words of thanks, FIRST and FOREMOST as always, I have to give the CREATOR and SAVIOR of the world HIS due.

To my MOTHER and BROTHER thanks for always believing in me from the very beginning and for allowing me to live my dreams.

To all my LAB friends and family thanks for all of the hard work and dedication you guys have put into me, I promise to always try and make all of you proud, please
just remember that it's a daily struggle and we all sin and make mistakes sometimes.
To my high school and college wrestling coaches, Mike Bressler and Steve Costanzo, thank you guys for instilling that drive into me, for giving me an opportunity to have success in my life and for giving me the tools early on in life.
To the BEST ROOMIES EVER, Egan and Byers, thank you guys for being you.
To the hundreds, if not thousands, I’ve not mentioned but who have helped me, inspired me, driven me, pushed me, beaten me, hated on me, you guys know who you are, thanks for helping make me the man I am today.

Hey Ben, I'm pretty sure you will never personally read or respond to this message because I realize your super popular and busy, but I have always been a huge fan of both WEC and UFC, and I was at the Diego Savaira fight when you proved to the world you are soon going to be the best ever, just as you wish one day. After that fight, I told both of my 2 sons and everyone else in the family you will be the UFC Lightweight Champion one day, and here it is now you are. My 2 boys and the rest of our family are HUGE fans and our #1 favorite fighter, and always will be. The boys totally look up to you and have for years. Thanks for being a super role model and a great example of a truly blessed human being that you are. We wish you all the luck in the world and will always be in your corner forever. God bless you, your fiance, mother brother and everyone else important in your life. Keep your faith as you always do and you will continue to accomplish your dreams :) J D

Hey Ben I will continue to lift you up in prayer. I have been all over thius site and it seems like you guys aren't really here much at all. I hope you guys begin to get involved in cultivating this site. Your fans are counting on hearing your latest news.
Hey Ben, just wanted to congratulate you on the your latest fight. Not as much for the win (but watching you dominate Miller was awesome!) but for how much you seem to improve from fight to fight. looking forward to the next fight to see how much better you'll do, always impressive. Dan

Its great to have to back on your own site. Also glad to see you with your new management. I can't wait to see you do your think on the biggest stage around. I have no doubt that you will hold the UFC LW title. Stay true to who you are and stay grounded and always keep GOD first and keep thing we fall in place just as it has been.
